Because we understand it takes a lot of time to prove your machinery is in compliance with EU- legislation and harmonised standards, CE-assistant makes the CE-marking process as practical as can be.

Machinery manufacturers, engineers, assemblyline owners, system integrators.

In other words: Everyone who must prove machinery is compliant with the Machinery Regulation and harmonised standards.

CE-marking is mandatory, but above all: Important.

It shows your machinery is as safe as possible and has been designed and produced according to the latest state of science and technology. Not just by signing a Declaration of Conformity, but also by delivering proof.

By means of the CE-Assistant application.

In it, there is a risk assessment tool and a CE-roadmap. Both are based on MS Excel. By applying both the risk assessment tool and the CE-roadmap you will deliver the proof you need to be in compliance with EU-legislation and harmonised standards.

The contents of both the CE-roadmap and risk assessment tool depend on the format you choose in the CE-Assistant application.

Up to now, may 2026, there are 2 formats available:

  • Integrated Manufacturing Systems
  • Industrial robot applications and robot cells

In the future more formats will be created.

Each format features:

  • Checklists
  • Consultable harmonised standards relevant to the format you have choosen
  • Automatic draft of the Declaration of Conformity
  • A useable layout for the identification plate
  • ‘How it works’ tutorials and manuals

In other words: By choosing the format that suits your machinery, you get all the tools you need to prove compliance.

For more information see these tutorials.

By using the CE-Assistant application you will be able to do all required CE-marking activities yourself.
