CE-project licenses
When CE-marking a unique machine or a series of identical machines, you need 1 CE-project license.
A license grants access to the CE-assistant tool and a chosen format of 1 CE-roadmap file and risk assessment tool file.
We have 2 formats available for you:
- Integrated Manufacturing Systems (based on ISO 11161: 2007)
- Industrial robot applications and robot cells (based on ISO 10218-2:2025)
More formats will be available in the future. We welcome your suggestions!
Each format features:
- Checklists
- Consultable harmonised standards relevant to the format you have chosen
- Automatic draft of the Declaration of Conformity
- A useable layout for the identification plate
- ‘How it works’ tutorials and manuals, and more
In other words: By choosing the format that suits your machinery, you get all the tools you need to prove compliance.
The cost of 1 license is € 750,- ex. VAT
Your company’s administrator purchases 1 or more licenses and assigns each of them to a project supervisor.
It is up to the project supervisor to assign a maximum of 3 extra project users.

By using the CE-Assistant application you will be able to do all required CE-marking activities yourself.
